When I look back at photos from my life my favorite ones are the ones that make me feel something. For example, when I see a photo of myself looking at my daughter as a baby, I can feel what it was like to be a first-time mother, unsure, excited, full of awe. I can almost smell her sweet baby head! This is what I aim for when I photograph my clients. My goal is to capture moments and not just take photos. I care way more about capturing the love and connection of your family than having everyone look at me and SMILE!! I want to capture the raw emotion of your wedding day so that every time you look at your album you are taken back to the moment when you looked into the love of your life’s eyes for the first time MARRIED! This is a session with your immediate family. Extended family sessions are available, please inquire for the fee. Your session includes an online gallery of color and black and white images. My sessions land slightly between traditional and documentary style family photography. This means it is likely we will get a few standard images of the family all looking at the camera for grandma, but I will spend more time capturing the love and connection of your family and worry less about telling everyone to LOOK and SMILE!
